Dr. Caesar is an Associate Professor of Reading who works with elementary schools to strengthen Tier 1 reading instruction using evidence-based practices that improve student outcomes. Her work helps school leaders cut through the Science of Reading noise and focus on what works, and without adding new programs or overwhelming teachers.
