Samantha Caesar, PhD
Dr. Samantha Caesar is a literacy consultant and Associate Professor of Reading who works with elementary schools to strengthen Tier 1 reading instruction. Drawing on her experience as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and licensed reading specialist, her work helps school leaders cut through the Science of Reading noise and focus on what actually works without adding new programs or overwhelming teachers.
